From elementary school through my nursing, military, and entrepreneurial career, I always felt like I had to work double overtime to survive. I’ve had run-ins with the police, been sent to collections because I was terrible at managing money, and struggled in relationships.

I learned I was severely ADHD when I was 21, and I have spent the last eight years obsessively studying research from world renowned Doctors, Counselors, and Highly Successful Entrepreneurs with ADHD.

Now, having tested thousands of protocols on myself and coached over 200 entrepreneurs on their path to growth, I’m making it my mission to raise awareness around the untapped potential of neurodiverse employees, support innovative people as they navigate imposter syndrome, AND educate companies on how to attract, empower and retain neurodivergent innovators.
